The Wagner Society Female Chorus (Wagner Female, affectionately called “Moll”) is the only official female chorus at Keio University, boasting a proud history of 74 years. Comprising only Keio students, the chorus holds weekly rehearsals three times a week to prepare for major performances such as the annual December Regular Concert and the June Waseda-Keio Joint Concert. In addition, the chorus offers a wide range of opportunities to sing, including spring and summer training camps, orchestra collaborations, various commissioned performances, and the Spring/Summer Concerts held with our brother group, the Wagner Male Chorus. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, our instructors, who are graduates of top art universities, will ensure that you can develop a beautiful singing voice. As a small choir, we provide a unique environment where you can build meaningful connections across grade levels and experience the rewarding impact of each member's improvement on the harmony as a whole.
