The Ghibli Research Society is a brand-new club that was founded just last October! Whether you’re a huge Ghibli fan or simply “a little curious,” everyone is welcome—even beginners. In fact, most of our current members are beginners, so no need to worry! We also have international students joining us, making it a great place to meet and connect with people from different backgrounds. We hold activities about 2–3 times a month, focusing on movie screenings, cooking Ghibli-inspired dishes, and visiting locations tied to Ghibli. After the screenings, we naturally start chatting about the films, sharing thoughts, and having a great time together. Many of our members love anime and movies in general, so we often bond over topics beyond Ghibli as well. With a warm and welcoming vibe, it’s easy to balance our activities with studies and part-time jobs. If you want to enjoy a fun university life while exploring Ghibli’s magical world, come check us out! We’d love to have you!
