We are the Keio University Weightlifting Club! Around 90% of our members start the sport in university, and we train daily with the goals of victory in the Waseda-Keio match and maintaining our position in the Intercollegiate League. Our training takes place in the basement of the Nikkenkan (1st floor underground), five days a week (four weekdays and one Saturday). With four different practice time slots to choose from, it is easy to balance training with academics. The sport features a weight class system, ranging from the 55kg class to the +109kg class, so individuals of all body types have the chance to shine. We are actively recruiting athletes and managers, regardless of gender. Joining from your second year is also welcome. We look forward to meeting new teammates and sharing this journey together!
