We are the weightlifting club of Keio University!90% of our members started competing at university, and we are working hard to win the Waseda-Keio games and advance to the first round of the Intercollegiate Athletic Championships.We practice 5 days a week (4 on weekdays and 1 on Saturdays) on the basement floor of the Hiyoshi Memorial Hall.We have four practice times to choose from, so it is easy for us to balance our studies.Competition is based on weight classes, from 55kg to +109kg, so anyone of any size has a chance to be active. We are looking for both male and female athletes and managers. We are looking forward to meeting new friends!
