We are a club that has experience winning a national championship. The top members of the club aim to participate in and win the national tournament, and every Saturday they seriously devote themselves to practice. However, there is usually no formal atmosphere at all, and we gather in the club room in our spare time to enjoy playing Shogi in a friendly atmosphere when we feel like it. Shogi is a traditional Japanese culture that can be enjoyed by men and women of all ages. We welcome anyone who is interested in Shogi! Don't worry about "I don't know the rules" or "there aren't many women here." Just come on down!
